When Does Information Become State in a Xypher?

Read
CAL-XTHERM-Boundary.md declares the operational thermodynamic class.
CAL-XTHERM-Result.md records the exact 16-state construction.
  CAL-ADAPT-Boundary.md declares the hidden-memory and reversible-reservoir
  controls.
CAL-ADAPT-Result.md records the bounded 7-state and generated 13-state
results and the remaining native-law gap.

Inspect and run
RUN.txt separates the existing standalone CAL-XTHERM verifier from the
CAL-ADAPT crate contained in the download packet.

Scope
Strong lumpability is standard finite Markov-chain theory. The requirement
that shared learned state be reconstructible from one authoritative record,
have declared mutation ownership, and have a contradiction route is a
Xypher architectural proposal, not a universal law of state formation.

CAL-XTHERM proves one minimal non-adaptive thermodynamic Xypher kernel.
CAL-ADAPT proves bounded exact controls and constructs reversible digital
information reservoirs. It does not close a native adaptive-Xypher law.
