XYPHERS INFORMATION-STATE REPRODUCTION

CAL-XTHERM
  Download /downloads/xypher-thermodynamics-proof-v1.zip and follow
  /downloads/README-FIRST-xypher-thermodynamics-proof-v1.txt. That small
  standalone package contains the exact 16-state verifier and no external
  Rust dependencies.

CAL-ADAPT
  Download /downloads/xypher-information-state-evidence-v1.zip, extract it,
  and run from the extracted directory:

    cargo test --manifest-path cal-adapt/Cargo.toml \
      --test adaptive_contact_boundary

  The focused test checks hidden behavior-changing memory, inert memory,
  explicit reversible memory channels, the seven-state primary reservoir,
  the generated thirteen-state secondary reservoir, detailed balance,
  lumpability, contact compatibility, and the declared broken controls.

  To inspect all tests without rerunning unrelated THAIM code:

    cargo test --manifest-path cal-adapt/Cargo.toml

Reproduction boundary
  These are exact replays of frozen finite constructions, not new empirical
  experiments. A passing replay does not turn the engineered stack into a
  native adaptive-Xypher learning law.
